OUR FIRST HOLIDAY
The past 9 months have been FULL-ON and so we decided we really needed a break. We took a few days off and headed north. We went camping to a place called Haruru Falls and the campsite is right on the edge of the falls - its incredible.
The area is known as the Bay of Islands and there are some beautiful litttle villages around - one one particular called Paihia.
We also went across country one day to 90 mile beach - this, again is incredible - see below. Its not 90 miles long (we were told its about 67 miles or so) and its amazing!!

Yeah but wot about the bloody weather??? Was it not you that told us that 'February would be the best month'?? Whot - for tropical cyclones!!
